Birthday Twin Application

If you are interested in a birthday twin, someone who shares the exact birthday (month, day, year) as you, please fill in and submit the application.

If your birthday twin hasn’t arrived yet, you will be put on the birthday twin waiting list.  You will be notified as soon as your birthday twin arrives.

PLEASE NOTE : Due to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule you must be 13 years of age or older to be placed on the Birthday Twin Waiting List.

By submitting this application you are giving me permission to share your information with your birthday twin.

You are also confirming that you are 13 years of age or older.

Any email address that comes back as full, bounced, unknown, etc. will be removed from the Birthday Twin waiting list.
